Registration and Enrollment
Registration and Enrollment will begin December 1, 2019. All Courses: FUN-DAMENTALS, BORN TO BE ACTIVE, and LEARN TO TRAIN will have online and in person registrations available. If you have any questions or would like to be added to the presale list please contact us today. Class size will be limited.
Testing and Standards
As a parent you know planning is critical when you have children. The Kids Fitness Academy has developed a series of tests to evaluate your children to implement a proper plan of action. Please click here to see a visual outline of how a Long Term Physical Development Planning works.

Programs & Facilities
We are conveniently located in the Summit Tennis and Athletic Club. We are in Blair County, Altoona, PA 16602. Between Wal-Mart and Target/Field and Stream.

Our initial decline in the rate of growth. Individuals should be capable of much more specific structure. Focus shifts to largely strength and power to support the frame and body composition they’ve developed. The goal is always to maintain the learned flexibility and mobility from previous years.

Considered adulthood. Focusing on bone mineral density through our mid-late 20’s. You have spent the last 18 years in a Long Term Physical Development Plan and will now be able to embark on a lifelong journey of health and fitness. The before mentioned training will have laid a foundation for lifetime.

And Evolve our children to reach developmental land marks that are often overlooked in a sport driven society.
